The workouts are tailored and scaled to match each participant’s fitness level. SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING involves working with 2 to 4 other clients in a session. It combines elements of traditional one-on-one training with the benefits of a small group setting. Semi-private training allows you to socialize and make friends while enjoying an effective workout in a private gym.

During each session, you will target different muscle groups. Below is a brief overview of each unique session :

1-Chest Shoulders & Triceps

This workout focuses on the upper body using various weights. Make no mistake — this class will test your endurance and help you build strong, lean upper body muscles. The workout is divided into three parts, each consisting of 2-3 exercises per set. We incorporate a variety of exercises, including bench presses, shoulder presses, and tricep dips, to help you achieve your fitness goals efficiently.. Finally, we’ll finish with an abs circuit.

2-Chest Back And Legs

Experience our targeted chest, back, and leg sessions designed to help you efficiently achieve your fitness goals. We will focus on toning and sculpting the upper, middle, and lower chest muscles with exercises like bench presses and flyes. During the back session, you’ll achieve a powerful V-shaped back through deadlifts, rows, and pull-ups, improving your physique and stability. Then, we’ll strengthen and sculpt your legs using squats, lunges, leg presses, and calf raises, enhancing athletic performance and everyday functionality.

3- Strength Circuit Training

Is a full-body workout that involves completing three 6-minute circuits of lightweight training followed by bodyweight exercises. Each circuit consists of 3-4 targeted exercises that are performed for specified amounts of time. This workout includes three different laps circuits (followed by a 15-30 second rest). Completing these exercises will activate many different muscles and help you achieve fat loss more efficiently than basic cardio

4- Booty & Abs Session

This session is designed to help you build your glutes from every angle and sculpt your abs. The workout includes 8-9 different weight-lifting exercises using barbells, heavy dumbbells, and a booty band, each performed for 12-18 reps. It finishes with a circuit training session that combines glute activation and ab definition exercises, with 40 seconds of work followed by a 15-second break.”

5-Mobility Session

This session is essential before and after completing any workout, especially if you’ve exercised intensely. This recovery routine focuses on full-body mobility and stretching to improve both range of motion and flexibility. It helps prepare you for your other workouts in the program by reducing muscle tightness and strain on your joints. The recovery routine lasts approximately 7-15 minutes and includes a brief explanation from the coach about the target muscles involved.

You want to lose weight? Eat healthily? She's the coach you need ! She'll help you reach your goals; plus, she knows how to motivate you. I love her energy and always look forward to her sessions. Sometimes I train with Florence who's also really nice. They both know how to push you without making it too demanding for your body.Thanks to Roula's program and knowledge, my body is getting stronger.Hesitating to join? Just give it a chance!

Roula Fitness is the workout I look forward to every week! Roula is as inspiring in her own fitness as she is dedicated to her clients. At the moment I'm only able to join once a week via classpass but fully intend to get an unlimited membership one day. If you can afford it, I can't recommend highly enough. I train more often with Florence, who is absolutely amazing, remembers everyone's name from the first session together, is super sweet and encouraging. Learning to lift is so empowering and doing so in a women-focused environment is even more so. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, if you're hesitating to try it, don't!!

The best results I ever had in so short time, with the plan meals, the personal trainer and so attentive in all the process, I text her every time I had a question no matter what time it is, she always replies and give so much support and motivation! 🙌 I always recommend her! Literally The best trainer you will find !! She will motivate you and give you the extra push that you need to attain your goals ! I lost 15lb in my first 2 months Without any extreme diet. The community that comes with her training is absolutely beautiful and encouraging. I also love the fact that a lot of the woman I’m trading with are also moms and you can bring your toddler to the gym with you to encourage them towards a healthy lifestyle !

There is something magical when you gather women and work towards the same goal. Roula is a very inspiring coach. The community is great. The environment of the gym is fun. The workout sessions are hard but give you results. Roula and Florence are really encouraging and they know how to push us to our limit with care. I never knew I could lift so much weight. After all these years of trying to get fit with all kinds of gym and coaches, I finally found one that works for me. Oh, and I love the mobility sessions to help us stretch.
